We have a chat about your project which gives us an opportunity to get to know you and most importantly, we listen to your needs. We take notes for the ‘brief’ which will form the basis of the concept and design process.

Working from the ‘brief’, we research ideas and design and collate samples to present a mood board to the client for discussion and this is the time to reflect on the client’s wishes.

We measure the room to draw up a scaled floor plan with furniture layout. We regularly work with third parties such as Architects, builders, joiners. They are an essential part of the creative solution. We liaise with our trades and suppliers to manage the project within an agreed timeframe.
